It may be WTF TKD, but it's still TKD and could be a really good training guide, especially for the beginners and sparrers. (the patterns one is entirely WTF movements, so pretty useless for us)

I'm definitely considering buying it.

Just thought it'd be useful for people who have trouble doing some kicks and stuff (as long as you take the information with a grain of salt considering its style is slightly different)

Wasn't sure if I should've put this on the OTHER topics forum or not :lol:

Think you put it in the right place Ben, Pete's got a copy of it not seen it myself but Pete seems to think its quite good, although I'm nit sure if its more for an instructor rather than a student - chat to pete about it
