Blitzing

As you all know I love to blitz its really effect especially if you throw a kick on the end. Also been practising a new technique that I've learnt from my new black belt pattern - I'm not gonna tell you what it is - just watch out when sparring me lol

well for sparring I'd say the backfist, but in general I really like uppercuts.

I like to use quick jabs in sparring, especially in point-stop.
